Manitoba Regulation 567/88 R amended
1 The Municipal Status and Boundaries Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 567/88 R, is
amended by this regulation.
2 Section 46 of Schedule A is replaced with the following:

Town of Powerview – Pine Falls
46 Frac NE ¼ Section 24 and all that portion of Frac Section 25 which lies South of the
Winnipeg River in Township 18 - 9 EPM; all that portion of Fort Alexander Indian Reserve No. 3
in Township 18 - 9 EPM as same is shown on Plan of Township 18 - 9 EPM approved and
confirmed at Ottawa on November 9, 1921 lying South of the Winnipeg River, which lies East of
the Western limit of Lot 5 Plan 33570 WLTO and the straight productions Nly and Sly thereof,
which lies North of the Southern limit of Canadian National Railway and Station Grounds Rly
Plan 3143 WLTO; Lots 22 to 25 of Township 18 - 10 EPM and all those portions of Lot 21 of
Township 18 - 10 EPM and the Government Road Allowance to the West of and adjacent to
said Lot 21 lying North of a line described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of
the straight production Swly of the NW limit of Road Plan 14278 WLTO in said Lot 21 with the
Eastern limit of said Lot 22; thence in a general Nely direction along said straight production
and the NW limits of Road Plan 14278 to a point of intersection with the SW limit of Road Plan
5034 WLTO; thence Nely along a straight line drawn Nely from last described point of
intersection to the SW corner of Road No. 2 of said Plan 5034; thence Nely along the NW limit
of said Road No. 2 to the point of intersection with the Eastern limit of said Lot 21.

3 Section 1.1 of Schedule C is amended by
striking out "Village of Powerview" and substituting "Town of Powerview – Pine Falls".

Coming into force
4 This regulation comes into force on May 1, 2005.
